Yes I travel for weddings! Nothing is better than shooting at a new place with a new scenery. As far as multiple day stays, you will be charged for travel + room and board. This is all dependent upon the rates for hotels/plane tickets/etc.

Professional Retouching can only be added to the BRIDE AND GROOM portraits. Hundreds of images come with wedding packages and it would lengthen the delivery process by A LANDSLIDE to allow that level of retouch on all of the images; 8 weeks could easily turn into 16 weeks for turn around.

It will take 4-8 weeks to get your wedding photos back.

Unfortunately I require that all of my wedding clients hire a planner or day-of-coordinator for their special day. When there is no planner the responsibility on creating the timeline and keeping the day flowing falls on me and creates less space for me to focus on capturing beautiful images on your special day. This is a decision based on previous experience.

I have a few photographers that I work with as second shooters. They all have a VERY similar shooting style to mine. When a second shooter comes to your wedding they are contracted under Art by Court Winter meaning they are working exclusively under me. They will not share their company name or information with you as this is against their contract. They give their photos to me at the end of your wedding night and from there I do all of the post processing (editing, etc.)

I do require meals be provided for both myself and my second shooter if we work over 5 hours

I typically do not attend the rehearsal. To make sure I am up to speed on the set up and order of events I communicate with your planner up until wedding day. They typically share the floor plan and order of events with me ahead of time. On the day of, I allot enough time before the ceremony begins to do a short walk-through with the planner.

If photographer is too ill or becomes injured and cannot supply the wedding services specified above the photographer will book a replacement wedding photographer. Under normal circumstances a second photographer is there for the day and this photographer will then shoot the day on his/her own. If both photographers are unavailable and a replacement photographer cannot be found then liability is limited to a refund of any payments received.

I have working methods in place to prevent the loss or damage to your images. I have a back up for the back up for the back up (literally). However, there is the unlikely possibility that images may be lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons beyond my control. In these circumstances liability is limited to the return of fees paid for the service or part thereof according to the percentage of images supplied.
